Carlos Garcia

Son of the founders of Total Clean, and our Group Managing Director, Carlos has devoted over 20 years of his life to Total Clean, and our success is in large part due to his commitment to the high levels of operational and service excellence he learned from his parents. He has built and maintains a loyal team, enabling Total Clean to generated unrivalled levels of client satisfaction, leading to a 95% client retention rate.

Javid Musa

Javid is our Commercial Director and joined us in April 2016. He is a CIMA qualified accountant and has 11 years’ experience working in senior roles for a FTSE 250 outsourcing provider. His aims are to ensure that Total Clean continues to create value for clients by developing sustainable and innovative business solutions.

Philip White

Philip is Total Clean’s Operations Manager and has been with us for four years. He has over 20 years’ experience in the service and sales sectors, gained in a variety of roles and industries. At Total Clean his role is to manage all our operations and is available to help with any issues or queries relating to service, invoicing or supplies.

Sofia Freitas

Sofia joined Total Clean in early 2015 and in a short space of time proved herself vital to the day-to-day running of Total Clean’s Head Office. She has progressed from administrative roles to working within the Accounts Department.

Sofia is fluent in English and Portuguese and also has a BTEC in Business, which has helped her quick progression within the company. She supports our customers by answering queries on invoicing, service issues and with general information.
